If you live in Los Angeles and want to get ripped, but can't afford a trainer, show up on Sunday morning at Roxbury Park in Beverly Hills at Olympic and Roxbury for a FREE training session ("Shark in the Park."). Several followers have already started to see results after less than a month. No weights, all high intensity cardio.
