Shark Park Workout - Sunday, October 4th, 2009

If you live in Los Angeles and want to get ripped, but can't afford a trainer, show up on Sunday morning at Roxbury Park in Beverly Hills at Olympic and Roxbury for a FREE training session ("Shark in the Park."). Several followers have already started to see results after less than a month. No weights, all high intensity cardio.

Time: 9:45am Warm Up, 10am we GET STARTED.

It isn't easy, but it's over fast and this really works. So stop complaining about how out of shape you are and get your butts outta bed...or stay in bed and keep wondering why that 6-pack feels so elusive!

Next "Sunday In The Park with Shark" Workout - Sunday, September 13th, 2009 at 10am

"sunday in the park with shark". first session was last sunday. went awesome. trained 3 brave souls in beverly hills roxbury park. they pushed it until they wanted to puke, but they all hung tough, and will be back for more next week. 10 am. anyone who wants to train for free can join us. just holler at yer boy. it's not easy. it's not pleasant. but you will feel results.

Welcome to the Shark Park Workout Blog

This is a very different workout than you have ever experienced before now.
